A truly beautiful and enchanting place. Lots of wildlife to see. Pretty loch and an easy path round the loch. Very tranquil. It's easy to miss because it's not particularly well signposted and sat nav only brought us to the vicinity not the exact turn off.
The small loch (Loch Dunmore) has easy walking paths (red markers along the route) and is quite short at around 0.5 of a mile. Several fishing stands around the loch - I'm no angler so I don't know details or if the fishing is good. Ducks, Moorhen and swans on the loch, ducklings and cygnets around in late May when we visited so best to keep dogs on leads. Longer walk (white markers) takes you by Loch Faskally but is a bit more up-and-down with a few sections of stairs, so not suitable for the less able visitor. Public toilet next to the car parking area near the entrance along with several picnic benches. Some disabled spaces.

Parking, roads and routes not clearly marked. Didn't seem to be much on, some construction was taking place. Took a long walk all the way round the loch up to the river. Lots of non marked forking paths. Enjoyed the walk but was rather worried of getting lost!
Definitely a lifetime experience! I've been in the last 3 years, and it was such a magic! Great music and sounds, beautiful lights, nice walk, you can stay there as long as you want, you can have hot choclete, tea, you can have marshmallows. It is really an Enchanted Forest! Sometimes can be cold, and you should wear you wellies cause the muddy path. And if you're planning to go, you should buy your ticket very quickly as it goes fast. you will love it!
